from documents without accessing PII. This analysis aims
to provide you with valuable information related to health trends,
document organization, and potential risks.
2. Information Sharing and Access:
- Family
Sharing: You control who can access your sensitive information
within your designated family group. Only authorized members can view
documents and analysis insights related to shared data.
- PII
Restriction: No PII is ever shared with third parties,
including service providers, for any purpose. Our analysis tools
operate solely on anonymized data extracted from document content.
- Security
Measures: We implement robust security measures to protect your
information, including encryption, access controls, and intrusion
detection.
3. Data Retention and Deletion:
- Control
over personal information: You have the right to access, update,
and delete your personal information at any time through your account
settings.
- Sensitive
data deletion: You can choose to delete individual documents or
your entire family group account, leading to the permanent deletion of all
associated sensitive information.
4. Content Analysis Transparency:
- Anonymization:
We clearly explain how content analysis works and emphasize that PII
remains completely anonymized throughout the process.
- Insights
Ownership: You own the insights generated from your data. We do
not share or sell these insights without your explicit consent.

International Data Transfers for European Users:
- Transparency: We inform you that Dock.IT utilizes cloud storage
providers, and your data may be stored on servers located outside the
European Economic Area (EEA). These locations may have different data
protection laws than those in the EEA.
- Right to Object: You have the right to object to the transfer of your
data outside the EEA at any time. You can exercise this right by removing
